Final results are very beautiful!! Love it!! BUT.... is the hardest thing i ever seen to put together lack of instructions ,chandelier hangers are miniature size so you need a ver thiny slim hands to assemble, a man's hand won't fit !!! Once you had it done is super heavy!! Nedd 2 person to lift and install... las thing..... everything breaks easily even if they bump each other:( .We could not believe our eyes! Before we made the purchase we were very worried that it wouldn’t be as described. Bit our lips and took the risk. The end result was fascinating!Assembly took a very long time. We were 4 people and altogether from start to end the process took about 6 hours to finish. That includes putting the frame and base together, hanging the crystal balls and strips, and then putting it all together. It was very hard and tiresome but Completely worth it!We had the base in the ceiling then hung the metal frames with all the crystals but in hindsight it was probably a mistake. We were afraid the entire chandelier with all the crystals to be too heavy to hold up in the air while someone else hooks up the electrical cables. Not sure what best method is.In conclusion, If you’re thinking of an elegant and luxurious chandelier, this is the one!Mostly siding glass plate comes broken . whatever comes extra sometimes not enough.I was surprised at how fancy it looks, its so complex and multi-faceted, it makes me feel like Liberachi without the piano. Its amazing they can make all these parts for the price, the remote control is a little annoying, but its needed because there are several modes it operates in. You can turn it on with a double flip of the switch, but I use the remote because it makes me feel like I'm in Star Trek. I liked it so much I bought another one for another room. It's a lot of work putting it together, but its kind of therapeutic.Great chandelier - just beautiful.First light was absolutely beautiful. I just had to get a second one for my office. It changes the whole look of my office - very eloquent! It is a process putting it together, but the second one was easier than the first. It is absolutely beautiful and very much worth the time to put it together.I ordered this light and it seems good at first so I ordered another one. However had my electrician install it and it worked great but next day the led started flickering and short out the circuits. I sent a question to the seller and it took them almost a week to get back to me. I asked for a replacement and they insisted that I installed it incorrectly and that they have great quality control. Not only half of the crystals are chipped or very dull, they went ahead and cancelled my order for the second unit I ordered.Just need a little bit of time and more patient, the light comes out very beautiful, we really love it
