Wanted a crystal chandelier for, well, my whole life. I bought this one and 18 months later, I’m still really happy. It looks very refined.Pluses include uncomplicated installation; ease of drop adjustment and the big one, ease of cleaning. I can’t overstate this - this chandelier is a breeze to clean and the vertical prisms do not collect dust. Consider carefully your willingness to clean dust from a big, intricate chandelier. I hope you can see how this design is better than lights with curvy arms, crystal rope and complicated pendants.Minuses include welding flaws with the hanger and chipped prisms, which the seller took care of, thanks! Only other drawback is you have to be very selective with the dimmable bulbs you use because most will hum loudly at low settings. Just bite your tongue and pay some extra for quality bulbs, then you won’t have to be aggravated by it.We get lots of compliments on this chandelier. When it’s lit in the dining room during the evening, it makes for great curb appeal and some of my neighbors have ooh’ed and aah’ed during after-dinner walks. Delightful!This is a thing of beauty and a quality fixture and for the money it's incredible! Shop this style around and you'll see how much they cost. I needed something for an entry way with 18 foot ceilings and this fit the bill. I also bought the smaller version for over the dining room table and I think it makes a great statement. Our home is a contemporary colonial so it's both traditional and has a contemporary flair this really fit the bill. The seller is great to deal with as I needed 10 feet more chain and Zgear is very accommodating. I did have an electrician put it in as I was concerned about the weight which is 64 lbs. So you need to be sure your ceiling will support this fixture if not your electrician can add additional support. It was shipped quickly and in good condition. There were extra crystals included as some may break on shipping so that was great also.Thank you Zgear for this wonderful lighting and great service.Excellent value! Everyone thinks it so much more expensive! Adds a beautiful statement piece without being too much. Totally changed the look of the room after removing the old light fixture. Don’t hesitate. I had a handyman install it so I can’t speak to the installation. Use gloves hanging crystals. You can’t go wrong buying this beautiful chandelier.This chandelier it’s so beautiful I’mGetting so may complements it was the perfect fit for my space !Very pretty but took longer to install because the instructions were so bad.Overall it's a beautiful chandelier. I didn't notice that some of the crystals were a little longer than others until I read the other reviews. If you look at the picture provided by the seller, you'll notice it too. I didn't deduct any stars because I don't think it's a big enough issue considering it's not noticeable unless you really look for it. I didn't notice it at first until I looked for it. I don't think anyone coming to my house will notice it either. Most people don't examine the chandelier that closely. I also saw some tiny chips on a few crystals most likely from the manufacturer and not due to shipping since the crystals were very well packaged. This is also not noticeable unless you examine every piece up close. On a scale of one to ten and ten being completely satisfied, I would give it a nine. I supposed you could get a perfect chandelier if you're willing to spend $3000 on one. For $200, I think it's a wonderful deal.Buy it! It’s a legit quality fixture. Just be aware- We were missing the screw that holds the metal cover in place over the ceiling/electrical box, but we used a different one we had around the house. That part sucked, but it’s a great fixture for the price so I am very happy! I took one star off for the missing screw. Hopefully that’s not the norm though!Light arrived in pretty bad shape and was missing a lot of parts, the seller got the replacement items sent out super fast and was very responsive. Great experience. The light is beautiful, I did a custom treatment on the crystals to change the glass to more of a gold color. Love the fixture and well worth the money!
