The box didn't come with any instructions, but we were able to figure it out. Had they been there, I would give this more stars. Also, two of the strings are missing. Any way I can have them sent?All hardware for installing was delivered. 18 extra crystals are left over in case anything breaks. The install instructions were easy to follow. You will need two ppl to mount and a lot of spare time to put the crystal balls onto the strings. I give this light a 10/10.I bought very white lights and also daylight lights to see the difference. My wife prefers the daylight because “It feels more like a really nice restaurant” while the whiter light (6500k) “Feels like a night club”.No regrets to my purchase. Although my local postal service screwed up my delivery. Amazon was amazing at correctly it and it was no fault of the seller.This chandelier's unique design allows it to look different from every angle. Each of my children has a favorite spot to stand under it and look up. Wherever you choose to position yourself to view this fixture, it is a stunning statement piece that looks MUCH more expensive then it actually is. We did have a couple of strands that were not perfect but customer service was fabulous and replaced whatever parts we asked for politely and promptly. I would highly recommend this beautiful fixture and the SILJOY company.Love itI have 7 raindrop chandeliers throughout the home and this is one of the BEST. I messaged the seller and told him, I would like it before Christmas ? and he said he will send it right away. It was very easy to set up. And this is my 5 chandelier install & this one was the easiest. The instructions are very simple & basic. It’s numbers on all of the hanging beads and it shows you were it goes on the chandelier. Only problem was the screws it came with. But that wasn’t really a problem... I just went to home depot and got some different ones for my ceiling. I would definitely recommend this product.Had to leave a review for this light!!Firstly, the communication with the seller was top notch. I had a few questions and every email I sent was responded to promptly, politely with every question I had answered.The actual light looks amazing, so much better than I had anticipated and looks much more expensive than what we paid for it!We had an electrician put the main board up as we were having our kitchen renovated anyway. Then myself and my husband did the crystals ourselves. It’s not a hard job atall, just a bit fiddly and took us about 2 and a half hours in total.If you are considering this light, just do it! You won’t be disappointed!And a big shout out to Vanessa for all the helpful responses to my emails. A credit to the company.One happy customer !
