We ordered this for our dining room and it was very difficult to install (we have a lot of experience) mainly because some of the screws were barely long enough to hold it in place. In addition to that one of the screws was completely stripped so one of the squares spins and I have to constantly straighten it. I like the look, but the quality just isn't there and I plan to replace it with something else soon.
