Beautiful table, very unique and contemporary! Easy assembly! This is a very heavy, sturdy table. I assembled it alone, until I needed my husband's help just to lift the table top onto the pedestal. The table is large enough to fit 3 chairs on each side, plus 1-2 on each end, if we need to!!! We purchased eight black leather chairs, rather than the ones shown. We will usually keep six at the table, and use the other two, as needed. The overhang of the tabletop is sufficient, so that we can sit comfortably at the table, without banging our knees on the pedestal. The table arrived a week early, which I was thrilled with. The delivery company called in advance, to ask if I would like to keep my original appointment, or have it delivered early. It was very carefully packaged, and delivered into my house!
