I purchased these chairs on January 12th and they arrived on January 19th. I immediately began assembly. I successfully assembled 3 out of four chairs, but when I started on the last chair I quickly realized that the threads were missing on one of the hind legs therefore preventing me from attaching the leg to the chair using the included screws. I contacted the company and they replied back onJanuary 22nd and promised me a replacement hind leg which would ship out within 48 hours. After not receiving any sort of tracking information or hearing anything else from them, I reached back out to them on the 29th of January following up on our previous chats regarding the shipment of the chair leg in which I was promised, again, that they would ship one out to me immediately. On February 2nd the chair leg arrived and lo and behold, the leg that I received isn’t even the same color as the legs on all of the other 3 chairs and the other legs of the 4th chair!! My plans were to get these dining chairs, put them together and see how I like them and if they worked out then I would immediately order 3 of the matching bar stools, but I’m not sure if that’s a headache I’m willing to risk… Will I have to wait a few weeks in order for them to be completely put together only to have mix match legs on the bar stools as well??
