We wanted our ceiling to make a statement and this light fixture certainly did that. It took some time to ship, but we were kept informed of the shipment progress. When it arrived we were concerned with how heavy it was. The packaging protected the base and all of the crystals. The installation was straightforward but a little tedious as crystal strands had to be hung one by one....and there were 469 crystals to be hung!!We took breaks and hung the strands from the middle out to the edges...and the end result is stunning!!! We are very happy.Beautiful light!! I was a bit skeptical when I ordered this but it turned out great. It shipped from China and got here fairly quickly. I was worried about damage during shipping with such a fragile item but it was packed so meticulously it took a bit to get it all unpacked. It was pretty easy to put up, but it does take some time to hang the pieces. I think it took with 2 people about 4 hours. Instructions were good and they give you plenty of extra pieces just in case something was damaged or missing. Would definitely order again and from this company.
