Packages arrived quite quickly and in very good condition and well packed/padded glass pieces. Only discovered 2 fractured peices months after we received it due to our build schedule, but there are plenty of extra pieces to not make this an issue. We had custom selected colors for the size we chose. Very easy to work with the manufacturer/seller. Chain was plenty long to adjust for hanging height. The cover / beauty cap at the ceiling as you can see didn't fit the box we had, we will make adjustments for that. Wiring was straight-forward. It was easier with 2 of us working together, one wiring the bulbs and one on the ladder. It also helped getting direction for glass location from a floor view vs right up on it. The LED center lights are SUPER bright and glow a bit too much thru the glass, tried a dimmer switch and these are not dimmable. For future builds, that should be an option or a design change all together. The screw in posts at the top are a bit deceiving, you DEFINITELY want to wire than, they will move, slide, scare the heck outta ya when they do move..just wire them like the rest. Took about 4 hrs of work to finish this. DIY challenged peeps should hire it out, those who like projects, order away...you will have a blast with this...
