Most comparable lights I looked at cost almost twice as much. I found it pretty easy to install... If you've ever installed any other ceiling light, there is no difference. The location and height of my ceiling made it a little more difficult but the wiring and mounting is pretty standard. Only took me about 30 min. Only cons: Hopefully the wires straighten out more over time. And the led bulbs I got flicker when dimmed. Otherwise all good.It is a beautiful chandelier and it looks very nice and classy!Definitely breathtaking after installation. Found it hard to install on ceiling with just the instruction manual. Went to Youtube and got tips from there. Completed install and voila! Definitely worth the trouble and for such an affordable price. I love the way they made it - with the light source from each bulb hanging from the base, not just light coming from the base reflected on each string like most expensive chandelier. This one has light source in each string so the light is seen downstairs brighter and more beautiful!Look very beautiful but it doesn’t work, few of LED chandelier I bout have a ballast inside, I am not sure if it needed but anyway sorry it didn’t work cause it look good and good value for the money.Pros: Arrived and packaged very well, so that there was no damgage upon arrival. Bulb Glass is high quality and heavy, not fragile. It came with extra screws for the ceiling mount. Good customer service.Cons: I wish this product was longer so it can hang lower but it still looks nice in our 20 feet foyer. Instructions weren't clear but customer service answered fairly quickly.Love it and it’s a show stopper. Looks great and worth the moneyDon't get me wrong...this is a beautiful chandelier. However, the instructions are zero help, and online guidance is not readily available. If this company with questionable professional ethics and integrity is going to continue peddling inventory that is ultimately useless, then they should put a disclaimer on their products stating that the product requires hiring a professional electrician to complete installation or that the purchasing party should be prepared to encounter hours of wasted time attempting to make sense of the included irrelevant instructions.Used on a project and randomly adjusted them to the owners’ specs. They are beautiful.
