One of the light bars did not work. Broken and Missing Parts. Should have known as package was damaged. Its a cool light, but don't get to close. The black plastic surrounding the light bar looks cheap.I have to say I was not sure about this but the wife liked it and I like her being happy. So when I got it was going to be a week or 2 before I installed it so I took a few pictures at the time but did not have the phone with me so sorry no pics of the installed product but it looks amazing, you can choose from about 3-4 different ways to hang it but it is VERY bright at its max setting but the remote makes it easy to set it to whatever level of brightness you prefer. Installing was easy since the rings are pretty light and it was less than an hour from unboxing to finished install (old fixture had been removed before this) so this gets 5 Stars for VALUE + EASY OF USE + PERFORMANCEIt's a lovely light. Adds a drop of modern into our home we didn't have before. I like the dimming and color options. There are buttons on the remote without instructions on what they are, but we'll figure it out eventually.Had a friend who's an electrician help install though, he said it was rather complicated and we would have struggled to it ourselves. I'm glad we have him, but if you don't have a friendly electrician on hand you might need to find one for this installation.What attracted me to this chandelier was that it was something different than other chandeliers I saw at stores and online. With this chandelier, the wiring was really easy to install with the existing wiring that I had with my previous chandelier. Installing this onto the ceiling was easy to but I did have to make sure that there was a stud located on either side because this chandelier is not too lightweight. The lights themselves are easily adjustable and really do move around. Even with moving the lights around, the whole chandelier itself doesn't teeter to one side or the other, even with them being off balance. After having this chandelier up for about a month, the lights have been more than bright enough to light up my whole dining area. When it comes to cleaning, I just use a swiffer like duster and they're clean. Absolutely love the look of this chandelier and I've gotten so many compliments on it too.Pretty cool ceiling light, but the manual didn’t have installation guide, so that was a problem to figure it out. Otherwise, the product is great!The idea is super cool, but when we went to turn the individual lights, something failed. If you decide you want to turn each light DO NOT turn it all the way, once it clicks, it means the light gets disconnected. I'm assuming you have to take it apart to fix it. It's also not as bright as I had hoped.We are so in love with this product! It is not a regular light, for us, it’s a piece of art. It matches our dining table, it is versatile, dimmable and the temperature can be changed. We had an issue with one of the strips and the seller solved our problem quickly and sent us two beautiful lamps. If you are looking something different, modern, elegant or versatile.. this product is for you!I wish I could give this seller ZERO STARS. Not only did the 3 of the light bars never work but over the course of two days, the remaining lights started to slowly fade in brightness and could not be fixed. We had to pay an electrician three times- first to come install, second to come and try to fix, third to replace with a better light. Company refused to give our money back - Amazon has not been helpful either.
