Pretty but much smaller than I expected once you take the plastic off of the lights it is beautiful but it's smallIt’s beautiful and very bright elegant. I was a bit disappointed because it was smaller than expected. Would be better if it was dimmable. I still love it and would buy it againEs una excelente invercionI love this chandelier. I technically could've gone larger but I refuse to get this taken down since they required like a 25ft ladder to hang it. It is so stunning and such a statement piece. I got the cool setting on purpose and it is bright, bold, and glamous! I received extra crystals in case any were broken but none were. I had to pay more to get it hung than I paid for the product but it was worth it to have it done correctly and to get it to our high ceiling. I lights the foyer area and part of the 2nd floor when it's on.Great value, but the wiring should had been free not blocking the chandelier wires from pulling it up. I was able to put it on with mush trouble. I have one in living room larger and it was easierIt's sooooooo beautifulI didn't even know this product was an option. The whole point of the product is that it provides more light because of the downward facing lights. This one has none. Wrong product.The top tier of our old chandelier stopped working so we decided to buy a new one, but anything similar cost 300 and more. We decided to go this one after reading favorable reviews and we are super happy with the purchase. The lights are bright and the quality is fantastic for the price. Although it takes a bit of readjusting to make the tiers look nice but overall assembly is very easy. Definitely would recommend. There were reviews that the brackets are not for NA, that appears to be the case here but we had to necessary parts to still install it.This isn’t really for North America standards. Doesn’t come with the brackets here kind of got to wing it and stretch the bolts and screw them up on an angle. The wires are kind of short and the ground wire wouldn’t screw into the post so I had to solder it to the bracket.Beautiful when off, extremely blinding when on. Came with extra crystals, good value for the money, we will see how it holds in a few months.Very hard to install. It took 4 hours to install. The base area is very small where the folding wires doesn't fit appropriately. All wires came twisted. I abled to fix other solid wires after opening the 6 screws but the 3 electric wires were not able fix as they were inside the plastic brackets. Very poor design.Package arrived in pristine condition, it looks great, building house and won’t be installed until end of Jan/21. Will advise when installed
