This chandelier came out wonderful it’s so beautiful and was an essential upgrade to my foyer! I had it installed by a electrician so I can’t comment on the ease of assembly.I really like how it looks, it's very nice for any high ceiling space. But I'm very disappointed cuz it only comes with 5 extra diamonds and mine came with more that 15 diamonds broke or scratch. The seller has to do a better job on packaging the diamonds or simply send like 20 extra pieces. But it's a truly beautiful chandelier overall.OMG WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW BEAUTIFUL AND ELEGANT THIS IS. IT IS WORTH EVERY PENNY AND YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED.Me agradó mucho el diseño del candil y lo que no me gustó es que viniera golpeado muy mal bien empaquetado así es que tuve que improvisar porque varias cosas venían rotas de hecho pienso que debería de tener un embalaje que diga que es algo frágilThis was a gift. Never saw it!Pictures don’t due justice it’s beautifulThe product orginally came in a timely fashion - but the box was not in good shape. Opening it up, the styrofoam protecting the product was in shambles, broken styrofoam everywhere and the crystals were just wrapped together with shrink wrap and flying all over inside the box. The frames to hold the crystals did not seem like the best quality as some were short and the welding was a poor job, but the most important part was that the smaller frame came broken - so I contacted the seller to get a replacement. They answered in a timely manner and said they would get a replacement within 7-10 business days.Great.A box from Amazon came one day - my husband and I were confused because it was a newborn carseat. Definitely not what we were expecting. I contacted the seller AGAIN saying that we never got the replacement and Amazon sent us the wrong item. Seller told us they would contact Amazon and send us a new replacement.
