UPDATE: When I contacted the seller, they were very quick to respond and address the issues. The provided me options and I was able to select a full refund which was immediately processed. Due to the excellent customer service, I would recommend buying from this seller. It's possible that I just got a defective batch which happens with anyone.These chairs are as pictured and are quite comfortable. I like the wood grain on the steel legs. Issue: Quality control needs to be better. 1 chair seat has a glue stain - I tried rubbing it off but it is still visible. One chair seat has what looks like a #11 written on the middle - I tried rubbing that off as well but you can still faintly see it. One chair bottom has a crack where the leg attaches to the bottom of the chair. 3 defects are quite a bit for a new set of chairs. Hopefully, I can get a refund. Pictures of the defects are attached.Easy to assemble. Sturdy. They look nice. Comfortable enough to eat dinner, but not long sits. That's the only reason it got 4 stars. Not as comfortable as I had hoped.I was starting to regret ordering these before they arrived and was considering returning them, but when they came I decided to give it a chance. I'm SO happy I did! They look much more expensive than they are, they are comfortable, and they are easy to assemble. The blue velvet is really pretty and the chair seems pretty sturdy so far (I've had it for over two months). I was worried about the legs and thought they might look cheap, but that wasn't the case at all. Overall, really happy with my purchase.I love the style and comfort of these chairs.put them together in 15 minutes! they're fairly sturdy and more padded than other similar chairs!The reviews that I read were true.Love the blue velvet on the chairs. The are comfortable and the perfect height. They were a little tricky to put together but we finally got it. Shipping took forever.They look so good, fabric feels so soft.
