We are pleased with the quality. Easy to install and adjust heights of rings. Remote has some functions that don’t seem to work for this light fixture, but functions as expected with on/off, dimmer function, and ability to set a couple preset brightness options.Looks gorgeous! Every person that comes to my house makes a positive comment about it. Not easy to assemble but an electrician could do It for usVery nice space aged lightI got the light and installed by electrician, but I found cables were entangled and not tidy and nice.I contacted to customer service, and they quickly replied to me. Although I made several trials to fix cable entanglement as they directed, but I couldn’t solve the trouble.Every time I send mail to them, they quickly replied regardless of day or night.Finally, they sent a new one, and I am going to install it again.Light was enough bright as I wanted, and their customer service was superb!!es muy linda, muy elegante, viene muy bien empacada, trae control remoto para graduar intensidad de la luz y eso es maravilloso. estoy muy contenta con la compra.I am delighted with this light.Needed three men to install it due to ceiling height but love it.Love the design.
