****** Update to my original review ******I've raised my rating due to the follow up by customer service.Customer service was very helpful and corrected the issue in a very quick manner.The product is much better than I thought it would be, given its price point, and has proven to be very high quality and sturdy. I'm very impressed and have had multiple positive comments from guests in my home.----------------- original review ----------Items arrived earlier than expected (great). Nice design and very easy to assemble, when everything is as it should be. Mine were NOT! Of the 6 chairs that I received, 5 of them had misaligned holes that I had to wrestle with for over 2 hours to get them in line and one chair had one hole that was shaped like a square with a round screw that just did not work. Very poor quality control but a nice design and materials. Chair is very sturdy once put together and is solid in looks and appearance. Materials used are good quality. The only problem is the quality control. I'm waiting to hear back from the seller to see if they make an adjustment or should I return the items...
