So, be sure you want this item. It comes in a massive box and would be impossible to repack to return to Amazon. The instructions are not useful at all for assembly. I followed the instructions and assembled it wrong. Follow the picture of what it's supposed to look like once assembled on Amazon. Also, I purchased the 39.9 inch chandelier. You need two people to assemble and install this puppy. One person is just their for supporting holding up the structure. Also, I recommend testing the connection before looking everything up. My husband and I intalled it. Total installation time was 4 hours + 2 hours to hang the crystal = 6 hours total. However, it completely adds and finishes the room. I had this chandelier in my cart for over 2 years and did not want to purchase because of the sticker price. It met all my "WOW" expectations. One day I will take it down and assemble correctly. For now... It's a new style.This is more gorgeous in person than in the picture.Beautiful! Just like the photo!We had it installed and the electrician said it was easy, done in less than an hour.This is stunning in person. Completed the look I was going for in my bedroom. Definitely recommend buying!Overall I'm happy with the light, however one of the holes for a crystal wasn't drilled as shown in the he picture and I had to align and drill it myself. The metal does not drill easily, which is a plus for quality,but a negative for trying to drill it while it's already halfway assembled. Not sure how it could pass a QA check like this.This chandelier is stunning in person! Everyone who sees it comments on how pretty it is. It looks very similar to a much higher priced item I saw on a design blog. It did take some time to assemble, but it was not difficult. If you have a few hours of your time to assemble, then this light is definitely worth it! 100% recommend!Note: you may want to be extra gentle when screwing in the lightbulbs. (or have a plastic bag under the bulb when screwing them in) I had one shatter in my hands as I was putting it in.I usually don’t post reviews but this chandelier is worth every penny. It is beautiful. I had it professionally installed and it has completely changed the look of my dining room.
