You will need 2 people to install it into your ceiling.This light is beautiful and modern. We love it for our dining area! However, the instructions were very poor on installation.This light looks good once it’s up but the instructions couldn’t be more unclear.. There’s no list of hardware included or guide to assembling the fixture before it goes up. it was really difficult to figure out assembly of the adjustable poles. it took my sister and I at least an hour to figure that part out but from there it was pretty easy and the fixture itself doesn’t look or feel too cheap for the price. The metal and glass were in perfect condition.There were no directions. Just a parts sheet and wiring info. Once we had it up we had to take it partially down to bend the bars and framing into shape but it think it is niceAlthough the design is exactly what I wanted, the quality was horrible. There were scratches all over, scuff marks, and even a rusty patch fresh out of the box. The lights were welded on crooked, and we had to gently bend some of the rod connections to make the light hang proper & square. I am disappointed as it was a Christmas gift for my brother that I installed early so it would be ready for our Xmas gathering, just to find out how poor the quality was when I got it.Easy to install and different hangar lengths allow for good height selection.This is a nice light, but had a good bend in it from poor packaging. I was able to get most of the arch out of it with my foot, and it looks very nice. Does not appear to be CSA or CuL approved though.Great looking contemporary lighting. Needed one for my dining room area and this match my decor perfectly.
