I think my face says it all in the photo ? this light is absolutely stunning!!! Ever since we hung it I have gone in and stared at it because I love it so much! I would buy this 100x over! The crystals take some time but my husband and I got them all hung within an hour and it was 1,000% worth it LOVE LOVE LOVEThis is sooo beautiful. However this take a lot of time to put together. So be prepared. Also the electrical caps they gave us were terrible. We bought our own from Lowes. So just be prepared. Not a deal breaker, just know in advance. Over all I’d say worth the moneyLooks like a nice product but many of the glass crystals are scratched, cracked, chipped. luckily Amazon sending a new replacementVery pretty chandelier, just what I was looking for. Includes 4 extra glass pieces, which is great since 2 were broken during shipping. Fairly easy to install, but it does require 2 people. Took us about 3 hrs. The light cord makes the chandelier un-leveled, we took some chains out (bent them) and that did the trick, the chandelier is even/leveled now. I recommend taking at least one chain link out to fix the issue. It does not include light bulbs, but they include white gloves so you don't stain the glass pieces as you set them up.This is beautiful and clients love it in our spaJust what I needed to add that pop to my dining room areaThe chandelier is beautiful and affordable but the seller does not stand by their claim to replace any broken, chipped or scratched crystals! They do not even reply back to you! Upsetting this beautiful chandelier is backed by such a poor company!This chandelier is very bright and good to have the dimmer to set the brightness. Received the product in 3 days and found few damaged crystal, contacted Amazon redirect to the seller and promised to resend replacement crystals ASAP. The seller answered my request within a day. Trust I would receive it soon. My husband took few hours to install by himself, not too complicated but definitely help if two people to do it. One hold onto the frame and the other fix the wires. It takes time to hook each crystal onto the frame, that’s how we found the damaged crystals. I am very happy with the light as well as they responds to resolve the damaged ones immediately. That’s the reason I gave 5 stars. Recommended.My product came with damaged crystals. I contacted amazon three times now and I was told each time the manufacturer would contact me within 48 hours. Three weeks later I’m still waiting for someone to say whether the replacement crystals are on their way. Sadly the product is lovely. If I had the parts to finish it I would have been very happy with this chandelierOverall very happy with this light! I had a few broken crystals but replacements are on their way with tracking! They were very quick to respond to my concerns with my broken/chipped crystals and they shipped out replacements the very next day. Just waiting on the local courier service to deliver them. It didn't take too long to hang the crystals on the fixture once the light was up. I love the design with the chains as my old light was not in the right place for my new table so I was able to swag this one over with a couple of hooks and now it is exactly where we need it. Very pleased with the customer service and speedy replys and solutions. This is a very lovely light fixture at such a great price!I was looking for the chandelier for a while and looked everywhere and could not find a chandelier with reasonable cost and look expensive till I ordered this one, it hit all my purpose. Look expensive and classy, more valuable compared with price. Highly recommended.We liked the design and bought it based on other customer's picture. But when we installed with the powerful chandelier bubs, there were a strong black lines on the ceiling (see picture). We have to return because of it. Otherwise, it is beautiful and nice.
