Ok this light is gorgeous and I love it and would buy it again!! I hired an electrician to install as getting it level, etc. is more on the complicated side…we tried to do it ourselves and decided to leave it to the professionals. It took a long time to add all the glass hanging drops & adjust all the branches, but I wanted them all perfect. You will break some!! 8 came broke and I broke 6 by dropping them..but don’t worry there are extras and we still had about 10 left over. We put a rug under light while installing and that saved breaking some when they were dropped. Branches move easily and you have to move them around after installing so glass doesn’t touch each other. The end result is worth all of it-it’s amazing and perfect!!Def takes time to hang them one by one but fun with wine and music with your loved one. And don't worry. They add extra crystals thank GodWe've remodeled our old cluttered dysfunctional kitchen into a much better, more functional and organized space! The final phase of the project was to replace the old ceiling flourescent lights with something wonderful that brought an even more elevated joy to the space. After a great deal of research, we found this one and decided to take a chance on it. We're so glad we did! It's gorgeous! We love it, and often just go into the kitchen to enjoy looking at it. It was a lot of work to install, a bit tricky to get balanced and all the almost 300 glass raindrops attached, but so worth it. It's perfect!it’s a beautifully designed light fixture , really enjoy the light it gives off over my kitchen island and i’ve received a zillion complements on it . i love it .definitely takes time to install , and to unwrap each glass piece and install onto the fixture but so worth it .The chandelier is a eye catcher I'm very pleased with it. I would have given 5☆ but the instructions is not very clear and some of the holes on crystals did not fit perfectly I'm very fortunate that my husband is savvy in this area. Other than that I'm very pleased.This is the first chandelier in our house and after the installation and usage for ~1 week I'm happy to report that I'm very satisfied .+ The design of the chandelier is very creative, something I really value, and it helped create a a luxurious yet vibrant aura in the room (see my pictures).+ The water-drop shaped crystals are another nice touch although installing all of them do take some patience :). The seller certainly has provided enough crystals to fill every branch of the chandelier with some to spare. To begin with, I only installed about 1/4 of the crystals since I think a sparser installation fits my room better (less is more!), but I may try more later.+ Lastly, but not any less important, the packaging and the installation guide (both the video and the pamphlet) are thoughtfully prepared and helpful.- The only thing negative, or surprise to be more accurate, is that the installation is not trivial. It took me and a buddy ~2.5 hours end-to-end. That said, it's certainly worth it!We love this light; however, they did not ship us nearly enough crystals for the piece. We contacted the company and we're very impressed with how responsive they were! We received several additional crystals. We get so many compliments for this piece! Don't hesitate to buy this! It's definitely worth the money!
